- 997 phase 1 3.8 - 355 hp (M97.01) Carrera S and Carrera 4S from 2005 to 2008
- 997 phase 1 3.8 X51 - 380 hp (M97.01S) Carrera S and Carrera 4S from 2007 to 2008
