Kit including RS13584 tools + single row IMS bearing RS91160. For Porsche 987 Boxster produced before March 2005 :

- 987 2.7 Boxster phase 1 - 240 hp (M96.25) of 2005
- 987 3.2 Boxster S phase 1 - 280 hp (M96.26) of 2005

In order to facilitate the assembly of the bearing and to preserve its integrity. It is strongly recommended to cool it before, in a freezer for 2 hours and in addition, to heat (to 120 degrees) the area of the engine block which will receive the IMS.

Also, it is imperative to ensure that there is no oil in the intermediate shaft tube before installing the bearing!
Centrifugal force, combined with residual oil, causes a counterweight which will destroy the bearing prematurely
