The OMNIA oven thermometer is designed exclusively for baking breads and dishes in the Omnia oven. It measures and monitors the interior temperature in the upper part of the oven (not the lower part), so you know when the dish you're preparing in your Omnia camping oven is done. Its pointed probe and locking screw fit into one of the holes in the lid.
Handle the sharp sensor with care, as it could injure you. Keep out of reach of children.

WARNING: do not touch the chassis of the OMNIA camping oven until it has cooled down. It is extremely hot.
