Description Product
This exhaust is an SSI silencer. Its realization is made using a high quality INOX (AISI 304/321). Specifically designed to operate at high temperatures, this type of alloy is used in aviation, for the exhaust manifolds of combustion engines.
A stable material at high temperature and in the cooling phases, will offer you greater durability and stability of performance and sound. But also optimal resistance to corrosion, even in extreme conditions (winter exit on salt road).
Its design contributes to an improvement of the engine performance at low and medium revs and allows to obtain more flexibility. It mounts on the Porsche 911 series G from 1975 until 1989 with small heat exchangers :
- 911 2.7 from 1975 to 1977
- 911 2.7 S from 1975
- 911 Carrera 2.7 from 1975 to 1976
- 911 Carrera 3.0 from 1976 to 1977
- 911 3.0 SC from 1978 to 1983
- 911 Carrera 3.2 from 1984 to 1989
