This bolt is used to secure the steering rack socket to the steering bar fork.

On models from 1965 to 1968, bolts, socket and fork may be different. A "new" fitting appeared from 1967.

"The old fitting" part may be difficult to find. This Porsche original bolt, will allow you to fit your 911 or 912 with new steering bars and fork.

This bolt is suitable for:

- 912 1.6 from 1965 to 1969 with the new mounting
- 912 E 2.0, year 1976

- 911 2.0 from1965 to 1968 with the new mounting
