For Passat 4 and 5 (3B2, 3B5, 3B3, 3B6):

Camshaft wear is a well-known fault on these engines, it is characterised by engine knocking at around 200.000 kilometres
This kit means you can replace the 4 camshafts as well as the 24 tappets, rocker arms and shims
