This module is designed for vehicles with a 6-volt electrical circuit in good working order without loss of current.
For VW original BOSCH vacuum igniter years 03/1964 ->07/1968 with 2-part removable platinum screws and capacitor inserted from below (round head). Fixing distance: 325 mm.

Warning: an Ignitor 6 volt must not be powered by a 12 volt electrical source, otherwise the electronic module will be immediately destroyed. Burnt-out module = no guarantee, so it's impossible to boost the start of a vehicle equipped with an Ignitor 6 volt using a 12-volt battery and cables!
