This Pertronix "Ignitor 1" electronic ignition module is designed for vehicles with 12 volt electric circuit in good condition and without current loss.
For original Lucas 25D4 ignition with vacuum capsule.

Only for the following 4-cylinder versions:
- 1963-74 All versions.

Evolution of IGNITOR 1, IGNITOR 2 recognizes the starting phase and sends more voltage to the spark plugs, it embeds a microprocessor which manages the Dwell angle and passes more power from the coil between 2000 and 5000 t / min.

It can be used with a Flame-Thrower 2 coil at 45.000V (0.6 ohms) or 60.000V (0.45 ohms).

It makes your distributor more reliable and easier to maintain.

IGNITOR II kit for Porsche with original BOSCH igniter with platinized screws :
- 912 E- 914-4 from 1970 to 1976- 924 2.0 from 1977 to 1980

A development of version 1 "IGNITOR 2" recognises the starting base and sends more voltage to the spark plugs. This new kit contains a microprocessor which manages the dwell angle and recovers more power from the coil between 2000 and 5000 rpm.
