Kit including RS13584 tools + single row IMS bearing RS91162. For Porsche 911 type 997 produced before March 2005 :

- 997 phase 1 3.6 - 325 hp (M96.05) Carrera of 2005
- 997 phase 1 3.6 - 325 hp (M96.05) Carrera 4 of 2005
- 997 phase 1 3.8 - 355 hp (M97.01) Carrera S of 2005
- 997 phase 1 3.8 - 355 hp (M97.01) Carrera 4S of 2005

In order to facilitate the assembly of the bearing and to preserve its integrity. It is strongly recommended to cool it before, in a freezer for 2 hours and in addition, to heat (to 120 degrees) the area of the engine block which will receive the IMS.

Also, it is imperative to ensure that there is no oil in the intermediate shaft tube before installing the bearing!
Centrifugal force, combined with residual oil, causes a counterweight which will destroy the bearing prematurely
