Details about : Performance camshaft 279° Engle VZ15 for Type 1 engine


Engle VZ-14 performance camshaft: 279°.
Gap between intake and exhaust cams: 108°.
Cam lift: 11.049 mm / Valve lift: 12.154 mm
Power and torque up to 6000 rpm
Ideal for medium-displacement road engines
Order VD20004 pulley additionally.
Fitted with oil pump for 3-pin pulley.

For Beetle, Karmann, Combi, Buggy, 181, Type 3 ...
Type 1 engines: 1300, 1500, 1600, 1641cc
with original rocker arms ratio 1.1/1


Mount the pulley on its AAC using Loctite threadlocker and tighten to torque (2.5daN). In some cases, it may be necessary to lightly grind the screw heads if they touch the oil pump body during blank assembly.
