After an initial complaint about a delivery with the wrong parts. I found myself with a badly packed coli, the unprotected spinnaker seal crushed. An oil can shocked all over because it was just put in a cardboard box. Clearly I won't be ordering from mecatechnic again. You've become a multinational that's no match for the other big parts distributors in Europe. What's more, the after-sales and sales departments are not at all reassuring about the methodology for returns. Nothing works, no information. In short, every time there's a problem with your site and your parts.
