New 1600cc twin intake aluminum engine for VW Combi Split up to 07/1967.

This engine is 100% new and has been bench tested for 30 minutes. It is delivered bare, with no accessories or igniter shaft, except for the oil cooler and a packet of gaskets (exhaust, fuel pump, etc.).

Before starting the engine, check that the cylinder heads (3.2 Mkg) and rocker arm ramps (2.5 Mkg) are tight, and that the rocker arms are correctly adjusted.

Don't forget to check that the drain plate is tight.

We also recommend an oil change between the first 500 and 1,000 kilometers and a further check of the above-mentioned tightenings.

With a2-year warranty, it's up to you to fit the vehicle as it was when it left the factory. In case of doubt, please refer to an automotive professional.
