This TOOLATELIER pressure blaster comes complete with a sandblasting valve, 4 ceramic nozzles, a plastic funnel for loading abrasive, a 2.5 m abrasive hose, a pressure relief valve, a pressure gauge and a filter with pressure regulator.

The 220-liter TOOLATELIER sandblasting cabinet is ideal for cleaning and rapid removal of surface oxidation, rust, grease, paint, etc. This principle prepares parts for primer treatment (e.g. zinc) and paint protection such as Epoxy.

What makes up a sandblasting cabinet?

A TOOLATELIER sandblasting cabinet is made of sturdy steel with 2 composite doors. It is equipped with a glass porthole and low-voltage lighting. The double doors provide easy access for bulky parts.

What kind of abrasives can be used?

This cab can be used with glass beads, silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, etc.

(1) The Venturi effect consists in reducing the orifice while maintaining a constant flow rate. This increases flow speed and pressure.

This TOOLATELIER sodium bicarbonate blasting gun is suitable for the vast majority of paints and varnishes / corrosion without damaging the substrate. Environmentally-friendly, chemical-free cleaning technique!

To be used at least with a 180 L/min, 6 to 8 bar compressor. In 90% of cases, the bicarbonate gun is adventurous where other blasting tools show signs of weakness.

It can also be used with glass beads to remove rust.
