This replacement cartridge is specific to the AQUATEC FIE-100 WM inline filter. Don't wait until the cartridge is saturated with dirt before replacing it. A saturated cartridge slows down pressure and releases impurities into the sanitary system of your motorhome, caravan, camper van or boat. Elements suspended in the water, such as cast iron and minerals (mud, microstones, etc.) are retained by the filter, whose filtration capacity at 0.1µm (0.0111 mm) is excellent.

The water you store in the fresh water tanks of your motorhomes, caravans or camper vans often contains impurities from public water mains. The YACHTICON inline water filter , with its 10 mm connections , is the solution for filtering these impurities, as well as chlorine, phosphates and all suspended solids, at the pump outlet. Effectively combating the damage caused by impurities carried by mains water is a necessity. The 1µm WM AQUATEC sediment cartridge blocks solid particles carried by the water system.
It is also advisable to replace the cartridge after a long period of non-use or once its body blackens from the concentration of filtered sediment.

City water carries impurities (minerals, sludge, etc.). These impurities get lodged in the sanitary fittings (pumps, water heaters, taps, etc.) and damage or even them block them up so they no longer work. This means it-s vital to fit a sediment filter.
The complete filtration kit with interchangeable cartridges enables you to combat this problem and protect your fittings, while enjoying cleaner water. This filter therefore helps protect this equipment and improves use.
The kit is equipped with a 1µm sediment filtration cartridge as standard. The cartridges are originally white but turn black once they are loaded with sediment. It is then time to replace them. It is also advisable to replace the cartridge after a long period of non-use.
The cartridge can be replaced by a 10µm activated carbon cartridge or an anti-limescale cartridge.
Can be used stationary (fixed in the vehicle) or moving (outside).
Comes with: 2 nipples (13mm) for connection to hoses,  Allen key for opening/closing the bowl and replacing the cartridge.
